Seattle is beautiful, walkable and hospitable. Lovely turnout today, patient as well – those folks, like it or not, now know more about my beloved Zuzu than I do! I read from the introduction to “If You Loved Me, You’d Think This Was Cute,” and presented my argument that, for a healthy lasting relationship, the complex human stuff has to be resting on very simple foundation of trust, like the one I shared with Zuzu.
Oh, right, and then we moved on to cartoons.
My favorite moment was after the presentation when Ben, a budding young cartoonist presented me with this fantastic drawing. Ben, I can’t wait until I attend YOUR book signing.
